About Me

My photo
Linda Lou
Originally from Long Island, New York, I have been blessed for the last 34 years to live in a beautiful San Diego beach town with two daughters, 26 and 23, my wonderful husband and one spoled cat. I love all things Italian, enjoy cooking, collecting cookbooks, great red wine and traveling as much as possible. My passion for baking and cooking, along with several trips to Italy, sparked a strong desire to create Cucina Cara Mia's Italian Inspired Desserts, first at the local farmers market and then catering desserts for friends, family and special events.
